- This is shareware. Send $10 (and your email address) to
- Carl Adler, 1421 Forest Acres Dr, Greenville NC 27834
- and I will send you the key necessary to disable the splash messages, delete records, notify you of
- updates and give all the support you (shouldn't ) need! <BR>
- To use this you need to be running FMPro 3.0 (of course), a Mac Web server, Eudora and ROFM.acgi (version 4.1 or better or, maybe, less)
- (the last three are only necessary for WWW access. You can also use this as a stand alone desktop
- application).
-
- You can get ROFM.acgi at <http://rowen.astro.washington.edu/> at no cost.
- INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put the ROFM_CGI folder in the same folder as your server<BR>
-
- Configure and launch ROFM as per instructions
- Launch the database and enter the IP address (or equivalent) of your server
- Put the five included html files in the same folder as your Web Server
- Use your Browser to access http://YourIPaddress/schedule.html
- Thats it!
- _________________________________
- The procedure to use it on the WWW is *very* simple:
-
- * The Chair enters the committee name and the email addresses of the members at setUp.html
- * The page enters the info into the database and the database mails instructions to all members.
- * The members fill in their schedule in a calenderlike interface at scheduleSub.html
- * The database notifies the chair each time a schedule is entered and who entered it.
- * After the "last" schedule is entered the chair uses scheduleXec.html to determine the free meeting times.
