  2. This is shareware. Send $10 (and your email address) to

  4. and I will send you the key necessary to disable the splash messages,delete records, notify you of 
  5. updates and give all the support you (shouldn't ) need! <BR>
  6. To use this you need to be running FMPro 3.0 (of course), a Mac Web server, Eudora and  ROFM.acgi (version 4.1 or better or, maybe, less)
  7. (the last three are only necessary for WWW access. You can also use this as a stand alone desktop
  8. application).

  10. You can get ROFM.acgi at <http://rowen.astro.washington.edu/>  at no cost.
  11. INSTRUCTIONS:
  12. Put the ROFM_CGI folder in the same folder as your server<BR>
  13.  
  14. Configure and launch ROFM as per instructions
  15. Launch the database and enter the IP address (or equivalent) of your server
  16. Put the five included html files in the same folder as your Web Server
  17. Use your Browser to access http://YourIPaddress/schedule.html
  18. Thats it!

  20. The procedure to use it on the WWW is *very* simple:
  21.  
  22. * The Chair enters the committee name and the email addresses of the members at setUp.html
  23. * The page enters the info into the database and the database mails instructions to all members.
  24. * The members fill in their schedule in a calenderlike interface at scheduleSub.html
  25. * The database notifies the chair each time a schedule is entered and who entered it.
  26. * After the "last" schedule is entered the chair uses scheduleXec.html to determine the free meeting times.
